For music marketing agencies
White-label content tool for music marketing agencies
Your clients pay you for content. Omniscape is the tool behind it: a portal on your own subdomain with your logo and colors, logins for your team with render limits, and a Renders API when you want to automate. We built it to run our own artist campaigns, and it is now open to agencies.
What white-label means here
Your workspace lives at youragency.omniscape.io. The portal your team logs into carries your logo and your colors, and the login page shows your name and logo. We set the branding up with you during onboarding. The homepage shows what a branded workspace looks like.
To be plain about the limits: the address is a subdomain of omniscape.io, and a small credit line naming Omniscape sits at the foot of the portal’s sidebar. Shared render links carry the same credit. If either matters for a client, talk to us before you sign.
Your team, with limits
Each workspace has one admin and members. The admin sees the whole roster in Settings, with what each person has rendered, and can set a render limit for each member. Set it to zero and that person is paused until you lift it.
That matters when interns and freelancers rotate through. A new person gets a login and a limit on day one, and nobody can spend a client’s allowance by accident.
Running several clients
Every workspace has its own subdomain, branding, Quote Vault and Media Library. If you produce content for several labels or artists, talk to us about a workspace for each, so one client’s assets never sit next to another’s.
Inside a workspace, Page Folders keep each social account’s posts together, and All Content shows every render from every member in one place. For how the accounts themselves should be run, read fan pages for music.
How a client job runs
Load the client’s assets.
Upload their photos to the Media Library and their lyrics and captions to the Quote Vault.
Assign the work.
Give each team member a login and a render limit that fits the job.
Render the formats.
Pic to Video Renders, Slideshow Renders and Fan Page memes, one at a time or in a batch.
Deliver.
Download the finished posts, or select a set in All Content and download them as one zip.
The homepage shows the core flow with real renders. For what each format is good for, read aesthetic quote videos and Omniscape for record labels.
The Renders API
For agencies that automate, the Renders API makes Pic to Video Renders from photos you upload. It is asynchronous: you start a render and poll for the result. There are no webhooks in v1, and polling is free.
The full API reference is public, including what the API will not do and which plans can render through it. The quick start walks one render end to end. Plans themselves are on the pricing section of the homepage.
Questions
Will my clients see the Omniscape name?
In a few places. The portal shows your logo and colors, but its address is a subdomain of omniscape.io, a small “Powered by Omniscape” line sits at the foot of the sidebar, and shared render links carry it too. The finished videos are your clients’ photos and lines.
Can each client have their own branded portal?
Every workspace has its own subdomain, logo, colors, Quote Vault and Media Library. Talk to us about a workspace per client and we will work out the setup with you.
Can we control how much each person renders?
Yes. The admin can set a render limit for each member and change it at any time. A limit of zero pauses that person.
Can we automate renders?
Yes, for Pic to Video Renders. The Renders API takes photos you upload, renders them, and lets you poll for the finished video. Slideshow Renders and memes are made in the portal.
Who sets up the branding?
We do, with you, during onboarding: your subdomain, your logo and your colors.
How does pricing work?
Plans are listed in the pricing section on the homepage. Branded agency workspaces are set up with us, so talk to us about your volume.
Make something in the next five minutes.
Pick a photo, pick a quote, and Omniscape renders it. Free to start, no card, no sales call. Running a label or an agency? Talk to us about a branded workspace for your team.
