Omniscape for record labels
A label runs a roster, not one artist. Each release needs short-form video, for the artist’s account and for any fan pages around it, and someone has to make all of it. Omniscape was built to run our own artist campaigns and is now open to other labels: your team picks a photo and a quote, and the video comes out ready to post.
The work a release creates
Short-form video is part of the release plan now. The volume is the hard part. One single can need a steady run of posts across the artist’s account and several fan pages, in more than one format, for as long as the campaign runs. Multiply that by a roster.
By hand, it goes like this. Someone opens a video editor, lines up a photo, types the caption, exports, and does it again. That works for a few posts. It wears out the people doing it long before the campaign ends.
What a label gets
A portal in your name
Your workspace lives at yourlabel.omniscape.io, with your logo and colors across the portal and your name and logo on the login page. We set it up with you. See a branded workspace.
Logins for the team
One admin and members. The admin sees everyone on the workspace and can set a render limit for each member, or set it to zero to pause someone.
One vault, one library
A Quote Vault and a Media Library shared by the whole team, so lyrics, captions and approved photos live in one place instead of in group chats.
Formats that fit a release
Pic to Video Renders for lyric moments, Slideshow Renders for photo sets, and Fan Page memes for the accounts around the artist.
A folder per account
Page Folders keep each fan page’s posts together, and All Content shows what every account has made, from queued to shipped.
An API for teams that automate
The Renders API makes Pic to Video Renders from photos you upload. The reference is public.
What a release week looks like
Load the assets.
Upload the single’s photos to the Media Library. Add its lyrics and captions to the Quote Vault, or let the vault suggest lines from a keyword.
Split the work.
Each team member takes an artist or an account. Render limits keep any one person from spending the whole allowance.
Render in batches.
Batch render lines up a run of videos in one pass. Slideshow Renders and memes take under a minute, Pic to Video Renders a few minutes.
File and post.
File each render into the right Page Folder, download it, and post it with the official sound.
Review the week.
All Content shows every render from every member, so whoever runs the campaign sees the whole week in one place.

Questions
Can we white-label it for our artists?
Your workspace carries your label’s logo and colors on your own subdomain. Every workspace has its own subdomain, Quote Vault and Media Library, so if you want a separate branded workspace for an artist or an imprint, talk to us about setting one up.
How do we add staff?
Tell us who needs a login and we add them to your workspace. Your admin then sees the whole team in Settings and can set a render limit for each person, or set it to zero to pause them.
Where do our files live?
In your workspace. Photos, quotes and renders are stored with Omniscape’s hosting providers and kept to your workspace, so other workspaces cannot see them. Our privacy policy names the providers.
Can we export what we make?
Yes. Download any render from All Content, or select a set and download it as one zip. Photos in the Media Library can be downloaded the same way.
How does pricing work?
Plans and what each one includes are in the pricing section on the homepage. There is a free plan to try the workflow. Label workspaces with your own branding are set up with us, so talk to us about yours.
